1. Use of the App

• ReelFace allows you to animate photos, videos, and audio using AI technology, including features like talking, singing, and lip sync effects.
• The App is available to users of all ages. By using the App, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Content

• You may upload or generate photos, videos, and audio ("User Content") in the App.
• You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services.

3. Prohibited Content

• You are solely responsible for your User Content.
• You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers paid features via subscription and the purchase of credits.
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices and payment terms are displayed in the App and may change from time to time.
• There is no free trial period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or create user accounts.
• We use third-party services (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adapty) for analytics, crash reporting, and in-app purchase management.
• The App processes and stores photos, videos, and audio solely for providing app functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and all associated content, excluding your User Content, are owned by IDEVELOP PLUS - FZCO and its licensors.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without our permission.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEVELOP PLUS - FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://reelface.app/terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
